1. Inaugural Ceremony of the Academy

On 20th June, 2008 The International Cruises Culinary Academy was officially inaugurated with pomp and gaiety with Chief Minister Digambar Kamat being the Chief Guest and Shri Luizinho Faleiro Being the Guest of Honour. Several Invitees from various walks of life graced the occasion. Award of appreciation was presented to all those who gave their valuable support to the Academy.

2. Veg. & Fruit Carving Exhibition

Fruit and vegetable Carving show with carving competition was held at the Academy on 9th August, 2008. It was inaugurated by Ms. Asha Kamat wife of Chief Minister Digambar Kamat. Chef Rudolph Luetolf of Cessar Ritz graced the occasion and gave away the prizes to the winners of the carving competition

3. C.E.O s Birthday Party

Our C.E.O Shri Geffrey De Souza celebrated his birthday at the Academy and a Grand birthday cake and Grand buffet were organized at the Academy's Dining Hall. All those who made this occasion a great success were presented with a certificate of appreciation by the C.E.O.

4. IISSM Board of Governor's Meet

The IISSM board of governor's meet was held at the Academy on 11th November,2008. Shri D.C. Nath, Shri K.P Medhekar, General Premsagar were among those present at the venue and all Appreciated the grand buffet dinner prepared for the occasion.

5. Christmas Cake Mixing

The Christmas cake mixing took place at the Academy with C.E.O. Shri G. S. De Souza and Mrs. Richa De Souza along with the Dean, Faculties participating in the mixing ceremony.

6. Visit to Orphanages

On the eve of Christmas Ms. Richa De Souza along with the Dean of the Academy visited the orphanages at Margao and Dhavali, Ponda and distributed the gift packets prepared at the Academy.
