specialised training at other formal training culinary
facilities is a plus.

from a 4 or 5 star hotels is a must.

Returning ships crew
from cruise lines are welcome.

competence in written & spoken English.

Admission will be at
the sole discretion of the management of the academy.

Age limit 18 to 35
years.

Fee Structure Amount for Full Course is Rs. 1.5 lakhs which can be paid in Two Installments. Rs 1 lakh has to be paid at the time of admission in the form of Cash or Demand Draft in favour of International Cruises Culinary Academy Pvt. Ltd. payable at Margao – Goa & the balance within one month’s time.

It is mandatory for
the Applicant to complete all the Five STCW’95 Certifications,
Panama CDC Booklet or atleast blue before Admission
in the Academy.

submitted along with the certificates for scrutiny.

Compulsory
attendance of 95% for practical and theory.

Free Uniform will be
provided by the Academy.

Payment towards the
Medical Examinations and the U.S. “C1 / D” Visa will be the
responsibility of the students.
